Danalynn is a skater, surfer, pole spinner in training, and yogi with 2 lil superheros.
She is a nationally licensed massage therapist who is specialized in Athletic mobility, Neuromuscular and Trigger Point Therapy, Prenatal and Post Natal, Thai Massage ~ a 200 hr working towards 500 hr advanced yoga instructor/guide with specialty focus on Prenatal, Athletic rehab and Power Yoga flows. She offers a PUNK ROCK YOGA class that opens up the doors to everyone who wants to live outside the box or mat.
Other licenses, certs and schooling include ~ Personal training, physical therapy aide, and she teaches anatomy and posture with Power and Dance Yoga teacher training programs , and teaches for Punk Rock Yoga teacher training programs. She is a Hypnobirthing Practitioner (childbirth educator) and doula ( DONA).
Heather has been poling since October 2012, with her strength, flexibilty and passion, she caught on very quickly. Her background includes gymnastics, weight lifting, flag football and collegiate volleyball. Heather loves to help her students push themselves to become better and reach there goals! Heather teaches Beginner and Intermediate classes and is available for Private Instruction.
Jamie Hamilton is a fitness specialist with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology- Exercise Science and Health Promotion. Her national certifications include the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Health Fitness Specialist, which allows her to work with all fitness levels. Additionally, as a strength and conditioning coach Jamie is certified by USA Weightlifting as a Level 1 Olympic Lifting Coach.
Her history includes training clients at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center’s Health and Medical intern program with experience extending to, military, fire rescue crew, corporate office workers, athletes, stage performers and post injury rehabilitation.
Jamie offers one-on-one and group personal training, strength and conditioning classes and an up coming 8-week boot camp challenge!
VIP's Vixen Jocelyn has been in the fitness industry since 1999. Former Group Fitness and Personal Fitness Trainer, Jocelyn has found a passion in Pole Fitness. With past back injuries, she has never felt the energy and strength she has with Pole Fitness. Jocelyn is currently teaching our Butt and Ab Class and looking to expand more with VIP Pole Fitness.
Kelly has been hooked on group fitness since her early twenties, but has definitely rekindled that passion after starting pole right here at VIP! After seeing her body and confidence make dramatic positive changes, she chose to become certified in Aura Cardio Pole Dance Fitness so that she could help others tap in to their inner diva while reaping the health benefits from a cardio workout. Kelly is certified by the AFAA and says her favorite part of teaching is the sisterhood that develops between the women in the studio. She feels that when they nail a trick or achieve a great workout, it feels like a win for her too. She also hopes to further her fitness background by becoming certified to teach Pilates and to continue to personally advance in pole fitness.
Leigh Ann is Owner and Instructor at VIP. She has taught over 100 private parties and knows how to get a party started! She began poling in 2009 with zero upper body strength and no background in pole. Now Leigh Ann is 30 pounds lighter and is one sexy pole dancer. She is a mother to an 11 year old son and has truly seen what pole has done for her and the women she has trained. Leigh Ann is available for private instruction and parties at VIP.
Ranae first got into pole fitness in 2009. She is currently the Studio Manager, intructs a variety of classes and is a certified HOT HULA fitness instructor. Ranae is also available for private parties with a strong background in Twerk and Intro to Pole Basics Tricks and Spins.
